A Neverending Library And An Infinite Method Matrix

Our goal, with this essay, is exploring.

Exploring what?

A wealth of ideas centered on infinity, methodologies, libraries; and so on and so forth.

Some of what is within this essay is rather strange. And, some of it is remarkably peculiar.

No matter what, though, this essay, and its many ideas, are a source.

A source of inspiration to me. And, hopefully, to you, too.

A New Possibility

Somewhere along the coast of Cambodia, there is a cave.

A cave with no name.

No name. No myth. No purpose.

Right within this cave, one can find a vast network of cavernous paths, each one grown from the structure itself.

Our concern is with one of these paths.

If you wander into this cave, and crawl through the main path for thirty-minutes, you will meet an intersection.

Go left.

And, then, go right, left again, and right again.

If you do this, you will reach a body of water, right below a precipice.

You can, and must, dive into this body of water

Right after you do so, you must swim for a period of 77 minutes.

If you continue to dive deeper and deeper, you will reach a pit, buried within the watery depths of that space.

You must dive into this pit and, if you swim for a period of 9 minutes, you will reach a faint light.

A faint light that appears to be emanating from a surface, despite you having dived into a pit facing downwards.

Swim to the light and, upon doing so, pierce the watery veil.

You are in a space filled with crystals, each one emanating a colorful hue.

Purple. Green. Blue. Red. Yellow. Orange.

Right within the Northern corner of this space, across a floor sculpted from colorful moss, there is a body.

A body of blue-purple water, contained within a circular sac, grown from the mossy surface.

You can find, within this body of blue-purple water, hundreds of glass spheres.

Every single one of these glass spheres is little bigger than a marble and shaped from transparent glass.

You can take one of these glass spheres.

And, then, you can wander through the crystalline space, for as long as you would like to.

You will find little more than crystals, a mossy surface, and the blue-purple water.

If you wish to leave, you can.

The journey is long, tedious, and challenging.

But, within our story, you exit the cave and, then, wander back onto the beach.

You walk back to your home on the beach. And, when you do so, you plug the glass sphere into your computer.

Right after the glass sphere is plugged in, you learn its true purpose.

Our glass sphere is a container. But, it is also a generator.

A maker. A synthesizer. A compiler.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

A container, generator, maker, synthesizer, compiler — ad infinitum — of what?

Infinite books. Endless magazines. Unending websites. Infinite essays. Endless games. Limitless systems. Infinite films. Endless novels. Infinite encyclopedias. Unending archives. Limitless libraries. Endless records. Infinite music. Endless software. Unlimited programs.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Our glass sphere is an infinite library.

The Infinite Library

Our glass sphere is an infinite library.

Somehow.

The mechanics of this are unclear.

But, what is clear, is that right within this library, there are a vast wealth of interfaces, UIs, and other, equally significant, interactive mechanisms.

Just as an example, an infinite network of lists and folders, each of which allows you to access, and explore, the infinite books, comic books, magazines, games, archives, library networks, higher archives, transcendent libraries, greater library networks, endless record collections, infinite informational arrays — ad infinitum — within, and a part of — ad infinitum — this infinite library of ours.

Yet another, rather peculiar, example, is a screen that contains, within itself, a vast, infinite ocean; endless waves folding in on each other, right within the endless expanse of the sea.

You can envision the above as a screensaver, of sorts; something akin to what you would see in the early 2000s.

Right within the center of this screen, there is a book.

A book with its cover, title, author, design; and so on and so forth.

The book is facing outwards, right in front of you.

Just behind this book, there is another book.

And, then, yet another book.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

You can envision an infinite stack of books, each one facing out at you, standing on its own.

The same notion applies to the infinite games, comic books, magazines, novels, art books, encyclopedias — ad infinitum — archives, libraries, records — ad infinitum — contained within, and grown from, and generated by — ad infinitum — our glass sphere.

Our concern, though, is not, solely, with these notions.

Rather, out of all the concerns we can interact with, ours is far more specific.

Our Love Of Methodologies

Many of my favorite books, essays, and works are those that contain, and explore, the following:

  • Methodologies.
  • Systems.
  • Tools.
  • Games.
  • Activities.
  • Practices.
  • Technologies.

And so on and so forth.

A book of methodologies that, when applied, allow you to do, make, create — ad infinitum — anything, everything, all things — ad infinitum — is a book that excites me.

Just as an example, “Feeling Is The Secret,” by Neville Goddard, is an extraordinary work that, when applied, engenders an infinite wealth of possibilities, potentials, paths; ad infinitum.

Yet another example is “Thinkertoys,” a book of creativity practices that, when applied, allow you to generate and make — ad infinitum — ideas and concepts — ad infinitum — for anything and everything; ad infinitum.

Or, a recent favorite, “Would The Buddha Wear A Walkman?,” is rich with tools, courses, technologies, and machines — and so on and so forth — that allow you to expand your mind, transcend your limits, experience a vast wealth of inspiration; ad infinitum.

On some level, my goal is to create essays that exist within that same framework, but do so in a new, arguably more exciting and inspiring, manner.

A few examples of essays that, in my eyes, satisfy the above, are as follows:

And so on and so forth.

Right within our library, there are infinite, endless, unlimited, limitless, unending — ad infinitum — books, essays, blogs, websites, tools, technologies, systems — ad infinitum — that comport, align with, transcend — ad infinitum — this matrix, as it were, of methodologies, systems, technologies, tools; ad infinitum.

The Infinities Within The Matrix

Our intention, with this section, is clarifying.

Clarifying what?

A wealth of infinities.

Each one, aligned with the endlessness, infinitude, and vastness — ad infinitum — of our matrix.

Our matrix of books, tools, comic books, libraries — ad infinitum — rooted within, meant to explore/clarify, offering, outlining — ad infinitum — methods, systems, tools, technologies — ad infinitum — of the sort that we love.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

You can find our infinities right below:

  • You can find, learn about, discover, experience — ad infinitum — an infinite, endless — ad infinitum — wealth, abundance, number of — ad infinitum — books and magazines — ad infinitum — that are similar to our essays or different from them — ad infinitum — or infinitely more inspiring or much deeper or considerably richer or far more elaborate; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.
  • You can dive into the above and, in doing so, find books and magazines and works — ad infinitum — that belong to and are of — ad infinitum — infinite types, categories, themes, distinctions, classifications — ad infinitum — such as works that are extremely inspiring and rich, those that are brief but mind-expanding, or those that are similar to my essays but rich with evocative language that transcends my prose and sensibilities; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.
  • You can imagine going through infinite quantities of infinite books, of this sort, every single nanosecond — that is 1 millionth of a second — for endless eternities; and, in doing so, you will never reach any endings, limits, boundaries, walls, conclusions; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.
  • You can transcend notions and ideas — ad infinitum — of infinity, numbers, mathematics — ad infinitum — and go through or explore — ad infinitum — infinite books and essays — ad infinitum — and infinite sets and generative systems and libraries — ad infinitum — and, again, you will never, reach, find, or make — ad infinitum — any endings, limits, boundaries; ad infinitum.
  • You can go up infinite conceptual levels and hierarchies — ad infinitum — transcending infinity, notions of “No endings, limits, boundaries; ad infinitum,” sets, generativity, language, consciousness — ad infinitum — and, even if you do this, there are still no endings, boundaries, limits — ad infinitum — or what lies higher and is far greater — ad infinitum — to this library or those books or those sets or anything; ad infinitum.
  • You can transcend the endless notions and visions — ad infinitum — of conceptual levels and endless heights and infinite conceptual heights — ad infinitum — and still never reach any endings, limitations, walls, boundaries; ad infinitum.
  • You can go through infinite transcendent quantities that contain and generate — ad infinitum — infinite books and technologies and magazines — ad infinitum — of the sort that we are talking about, going through that quantity every Planck Time, across endless bodies of conceptual time that transcend time and space — ad infinitum — still never reaching, finding, or making — ad infinitum — any endings, limits, boundaries, conclusions; ad infinitum.
  • You can try as much as possible, make vast, infinite generative systems that contain and go beyond and transcend and generate ideas that transcend — ad infinitum — infinity and limits — ad infinitum — and no matter what you do or make — ad infinitum — you will never find, reach, experience — ad infinitum — any endings, limits, boundaries; ad infinitum.
  • You can go through and find — ad infinitum — infinite books and magazines — ad infinitum — rooted within this matrix, that explore and interact with and are rooted within — ad infinitum — infinite themes, concepts, focuses, purposes, topics — ad infinitum — and infinitely more; ad infinitum.
  • You can go higher and deeper — ad infinitum — into books and technologies — ad infinitum — that transcend, but are still rooted within, the books and technologies we are exploring and engaging with — ad infinitum — such as books that contain and generate — ad infinitum — infinite methods and systems that transcend consciousness or language — ad infinitum — and there are infinite books and works — ad infinitum — within and beyond — ad infinitum — those distinctions and categories; ad infinitum.
  • You can go through infinite generative sets — sets that generate and create, ad infinitum, infinite books — every single infinitely divisible moment or space — ad infinitum — across infinite bodies of infinite time and never, ever, reach or make or find — ad infinitum — any endings or limits; ad infinitum
  • You can navigate the infinite infinities, endless frameworks, infinite elements, unending ideas — ad infinitum — that comprise and grow from and exist within — ad infinitum — this matrix, and in doing so, you will never find, reach, experience — ad infinitum — any endings, limits, boundaries; ad infinitum.
  • You can transcend notions of quantities, sets, numbers — ad infinitum — while exploring and experiencing and diving into — ad infinitum — the infinite books and collections of infinite books — ad infinitum — with and containing and working with — ad infinitum — methods and systems — ad infinitum — and you will, of course, never find or reach or make — ad infinitum — any limits, boundaries, walls; ad infinitum.
  • You can find and use — ad infinitum — methods and systems — ad infinitum — for and to do and make — ad infinitum — anything and all things and everything; ad infinitum.
  • You can dive into and transcend and explore — ad infinitum — the infinite conceptions, visions, variations — ad infinitum — of methods and systems — ad infinitum — and doing and making — ad infinitum — and anything and all things — ad infinitum — and, in the end, there are no endings, boundaries, limits; ad infinitum.
  • You can transcend notions, linguistic formulations, ideas, conceptions — ad infinitum — regarding and rooted within — ad infinitum — the above and this matrix — ad infinitum — going through endless conceptual levels and heights — ad infinitum — while transcending that and, in the end, the library contain and generates — ad infinitum — books and works — ad infinitum — regarding and centered on — ad infinitum — those, while also transcending itself and its limits; ad infinitum.
  • You can go through a single set of books that are, perhaps, similar to my essays, for infinite lifetimes and endless eternities — ad infinitum — and you will never reach or find — ad infinitum — any endings, limits, boundaries; ad infinitum.
  • You can use and play with and employ — ad infinitum — certain methods and systems — ad infinitum; infinite wealths and numbers, ad infinitum, of course, given the infinite nature of this library — to transcend or go beyond — ad infinitum — all limits and boundaries — ad infinitum — and to do or make — ad infinitum — anything and all things; ad infinitum.
  • You can find books and systems — ad infinitum — that generate and contain — ad infinitum — infinite concepts and ideas — ad infinitum — that transcend and go beyond — ad infinitum — methods and systems — ad infinitum — and, well, that’s the idea; ad infinitum.
  • You can navigate and explore — ad infinitum — infinite infinities and endless higher concepts and visions — ad infinitum — of infinity and endlessness — ad infinitum — and, if you use these to explore or navigate — ad infinitum — this library and its infinite elements and systems and ideas — ad infinitum — you will never, ever, reach any endings, limits, boundaries; ad infinitum.
  • You can find and explore — ad infinitum — infinite how-to books and systems — ad infinitum — and endless guide books and systems — ad infinitum — and infinite manuals and overviews and process books — ad infinitum — and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.
  • You can go through infinite notions and sets — ad infinitum — of terms and ideas — ad infinitum — such as “how-to” and “guidebooks” and “process books” — ad infinitum — going across and through — ad infinitum — infinite infinities, even transcending this conceptual schema of “how-to” and infinite other words and classifications — ad infinitum — and, no matter what, you will never, ever, reach or find or make — ad infinitum — any endings, limits, boundaries, walls, conclusions; ad infinitum.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

You can, of course, go through infinite infinities, of this sort, for endless eternities and infinite transcendent infinities and limitless infinitudes — ad infinitum — never reaching, finding, experiencing — ad infinitum — any endings, limits, boundaries, walls, conclusions; ad infinitum.

Some of these infinities are very peculiar. But, others are quite nice.

The essence of this work is as follows: no matter what you do or explore or make — ad infinitum — there are no endings, limits, boundaries — ad infinitum — to the works and books — ad infinitum — of and regarding and containing — ad infinitum — methods and systems and tools — ad infinitum — within our infinite library.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

All Things Are Possible

Our library is, ultimately, a fiction.

Just a story.

But, could our story, and its infinities, exist?

Really, truly, and actually exist?

A part of me says “No.”

But, another part of me says “Yes.”

“Yes,” within the laws and forces that at this time, we appear to experience.

The foundation upon which this, arguably ridiculous, belief sits, is the work of Neville Goddard.

If we can imagine something, then it can exist.

And, not only can it exist, but it does exist.

Somehow. And, somewhere.

If we really, really want an infinite library, of this sort, to exist, then it can.

And, perhaps, it does.

The same is true for anything and, of course, everything.

No matter what you dream, imagine, or covet, it exists and it is real and it is present.

Just let yourself appreciate that, even if, like me, you can’t quite believe it.

Conclusion

None of what comprises this essay is particularly coherent.

But, writing it was very, very enjoyable.

My hope is that you enjoyed reading this essay.

No matter what, though, thank you so much for reading!
