On July 21st, “12 Ways To Effortlessly Command Inspiration — Part 03” was published.

The essay you are about to read is a sequel to that essay.

A sequel and conclusion to our list of methods.

Right before we dive in, if you haven’t read “12 Ways To Effortlessly Command Inspiration — Introduction”, “12 Ways To Effortlessly Command Inspiration — Part 01”, or “12 Ways To Effortlessly Command Inspiration — Part 02”, you may want to before reading this essay.

Go On A Walk

Sometimes you must allow inspiration to come to you, rather than bringing it to life.

Or, perhaps, you must conjure inspiration and then allow that inspiration to come to life.

No matter the way you conceive this notion, the method is the exact same.

To perform this method, you must ask for inspiration.

You must ask the Universe, God, Source, Divinity — and so on and so forth; the exact being or entity or force is up to you — for inspiration.

You can ask for inspiration in any way you like.

Some people step into their mind and nurture a brief, yet tangible, conversation that expresses their desire for inspiration.

Others put their hands together and look to the sky, conveying the same notion.

No matter what you choose, make sure it feels right because chances are, if it feels right, then it is right.

Right after you ask for inspiration, go on a walk.

Go on a walk and know that inspiration is coming into you.

You will become inspired.

You are, as you walk, becoming inspired.

None of what composes this inspiration may be present. But, soon enough, it will.

You will come back from your walk and, when you do, you will experience the inspiration you once sought.

Within this inspiration, you will find the paths, possibilities, opportunities, concepts — and so on and so forth, ad infinitum — you once yearned for.

Just Relax

You can conceive of inspiration and creativity, as well as that which such things allow for, as a living force.

A living force that exists regardless of whether or not you are there to engage with it.

You can, with this in mind, conjure the inexhaustible gifts of inspiration whenever you choose to do so.

Sometimes, though, attempting to conjure and manipulate inspiration is counterproductive.

Rather, such actions may, in fact, produce conditions that make it even more challenging for inspiration to reach you.

Sometimes, the best thing you can do is, as the title suggests, relax.

Just relax.

Relax in a way that allows you to be one with yourself.

In these moments of relaxation, there is no need for distractions.

You can, within these moments, be with yourself.

And, in being with yourself, you can be yourself.

You can be one with the unending riches that compose the you that is yourself..

To accomplish this, you can lay down for a bit.

Go to a nice, comfy place and, then, lay down for a bit.

To ensure this goes well, do so when you are free of worries and burdens. And, in turn, do so when you are free of other, equally tangible, distractions.

Right after you lay down, allow yourself to express appreciation for the inspiration you will soon receive.

Within this moment of appreciation, allow yourself to clarify some of what you intend to receive, regarding inspiration.

And, then, allow your thoughts to wander.

You may become inspired in those moments of relaxation.

Or, you may get up and, after a brief amount of time has passed, become inspired.

Yet another possibility is that this method may be ineffective and, if that’s the case, my apologies.

Perform An Act Of Bibliomancy

Our final method is conventional, yet somewhat unusual for this essay series.

Rather than turning solely to a greater force or an unknown element to facilitate inspiration, we are, instead, turning to a tangible source of inspiration.

Every book contains, within its pages, an inexhaustible abundance of paths, possibilities, ideas, concepts, notions, moments, images; and so on and so forth, perhaps endlessly and infinitely.

You can turn to books and, in turning to them, acquire a source of inspiration.

To accomplish this, you can clarify, within your mind, what you are looking for.

Or, more specifically, the type of inspiration you are looking for, as well as what such things will conjure.

Right after you do so, you can appreciate, for a moment, the fulfillment of those wishes.

And, then, open a book.

You can open a book that resonates with you or a book that you pull out at random.

You can also open a book that falls into another category.

Right after you do so, open to a random page.

You can then place your finger on a random passage.

Right there, where your finger is, is a source of inspiration.

Or, perhaps, it isn’t.

You can also open journal entries and personal writing, as well as online writing and digital books, to perform this method.

Sometimes this works very well. Sometimes it leads nowhere.

Given the ease of this method, though, it may be worth a try.

Conclusion

Our essay series is coming to a close.

The methods outlined above are the last three of the twelve outlined in this series.

Right after this essay, though, you will find “12 Ways To Effortlessly Command Inspiration — A Conclusion”.

You can read this piece, if you want. But, it’s far from necessary.

Right within this piece, you will find further musings on inspiration, as well as the power/value of being inspired and, in turn, these methods.

Outside of that, though, thank you so much for reading!

I hope you enjoyed this essay and I hope these methods offer value to you.

Best wishes and have a lovely day!
