12 Unique Visions Of The Infinite — Part 04
Our last three visions of infinity can be found right below.
You can find part one, part two, and part three within those links.
Vision 10: A Neverending Game
Many years ago, one of my obsessive interests, as it were, was a game.
A game with an infinite number of unique levels.
Just as an example, “Super Mario Bros,” with an infinite number of unique levels.
If you went through these levels for trillions upon trillions of years, you would never reach an end to the joy, uniqueness, and pleasure that they contain.
Something about that is really, really inspiring to me.
Vision 11: Indra’s Net
Everything is connected.
Connected to everything else.
Just as an example, cardboard is connected to building materials, packing, the earth, designs, structures, construction; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.
Right within the simplest ideas or things — ad infinitum — there is a rich, vast, infinite structure.
A rich, vast, infinite structure that connects all things to each other, in an infinite number of unique ways.
Vision 12: Endless Possibility
Just like the above, everything allows for, and engenders, an infinite wealth of possibilities.
You can use cardboard as a writing material. You can forge it into different objects. You can build an office with it.
And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.
Don’t get me wrong, this idea may be, on some level, incorrect.
But, it is true that many, many things engender many, many unique possibilities.
Conclusion
No endings, limits, or boundaries; da infinitum.
That is the promise of infinity.
