Your Manifestations Come From Nothing
Our intention, with this essay, is sharing.
Sharing what?
A memory that was born in November of 2022.
A Clear Intention
Our memory begins with an intention.
“I intend to obtain a well-paying, easy, fun job that offers unlimited work.”
To facilitate this intention, I did the following:
- Produced daily gratitude lists in which I appreciated the fulfillment of my wish.
- Found jobs to apply for and, then, applied for them.
- Affirmed that I had a fantastic job that satisfied all my desires.
Outside of the above, I also assumed that I was, on some level, a being of great power.
A being of great power who makes things exist, even if they do not, at this time, exist.
Or, at least, something like that.
Just five days later, I received a job offer.
It was from someone who saw my job application and wanted to hire me.
If memory serves, I had imagined, after filing the application, receiving a job offer from them.
The Job Offer
The job offer was given to me by a guy named “Marcus.”
Or, maybe it was “Arthur?”
It’s hard to say.
Regardless of that little detail, “Marcus” gave me the job.
But, it wasn’t quite what I was looking for.
The work was really tedious. And, really, really boring.
But, the pay was good.
Really good.
On top of that, it did, in fact, offer unlimited work.
“Marcus” actually said, during our phone call, “I have unlimited work for you. Like, it’s infinite.”
Those were the exact words I wrote in my daily gratitude lists.
The exact words I imagined.
But, again, it wasn’t for me.
Or, perhaps, it was?
You see, I really, really, didn’t give it a fair shake.
I took a few looks at it and went through some of the training.
And, then, I said “Eh, no thanks.”
It all worked out — I got something more comfortable, later on — but, well, it’s a little strange.
A little strange that I said “No” and failed to really give it a fair shake.
I suppose that speaks to two things:
- My own inclination to take the lazy, more comfortable, route.
- My own failure to actually focus on what I really, really desire.
Regarding the latter point, I think that, back then, my interest wasn’t really in working.
No, my interest was in money and, by extension, security.
Lots and lots of money. And, lots and lots of security.
Something like that.
It Came From Nothing
Our desired job came from nowhere.
On some level.
Our desired job came from a man who had a business and was looking to hire someone.
But, it came to me, through established channels, in a way that was relatively easy to foresee.
And, it was everything — literally everything — that was on my list.
Or, “lists,” since there were, like, ten of them.
The job came from somewhere.
But, what if it came from nowhere? And, what if all manifestations come from nothing?
If you look really deep into empty space, you can see particle/antiparticle pairs arising from nothing.
Nothing. And, nowhere.
Or, at least, that’s what I’ve read.
Just beyond those thoughts, there is the idea that matter can be created from nothing.
Or, again, nowhere.
Particles come from nothing. Matter comes from nothing.
Possibly.
If you go a little deeper, you get things like:
- The fulfillment of your wishes comes from nothing.
- New, absolutely incredible, ideas come from nothing.
- Transcendent knowledge comes from nothing.
And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.
All of this leads me to my final point.
Your Manifestations Come From Nothing.
Your manifestations come from nothing. And, in turn, your manifestations come from nowhere.
Kind of.
Your manifestations come from the intentions you set.
Or, alternatively, the thoughts and feelings you nurture, invoke, and enjoy.
But, their physical fulfillment — that which leads to, and allows for, the fulfillment of your wish — come from nothing.
If you want a very particular job, then that will come from nothing.
It will look, feel like, and be a natural, “real,” tangible thing that suits the world we all experience.
But, that job, and the things that lead to you getting and enjoying that job, will come from nothing.
They will just…appear, as it were, as a result of your intentions.
Or, in turn, your imaginal work, affirmations, visualization, scripting; and so on and so forth.
This is a pretty vague idea. But, it’s worth exploring.
If there is something you want — it can be anything at all — then you may assume that it has to “exist.”
Just as an example, if you want a job, then this job must exist, in order for you to obtain it.
But, there are two points to remember, if that is what you want:
- You have a very, very limited conception of what “exists.”
- This job can come from nothing because you are that powerful.
Regarding the former, the universe is infinitely vast. And, in the end, no one knows much of anything.
The latter point is as follows: you are very, very powerful and if you want something then you can get it.
To explore this idea, just assume — pretend, even — that what you want exists.
And, that, if it doesn’t exist, it will exist, because you are that powerful.
Just assume that and let it guide your actions, intentions, and movements.
Conclusion
You are very, very powerful.
