You Must Get Out Of Your Own Way

Our goal, with this essay, is exploring.

Exploring what?

A new idea that came to me earlier today, while praying to the Universe.

You may find this idea useful.

Some may even find this idea very, very useful.

Regardless of that, though, let’s begin.

You Must Get Out Of Your Own Way

The “science” of manifesting is unclear.

But, within the realm of my experience, and the experiences of many others, there is an idea.

A very special idea.

The idea is as follows: we, ourselves, do not do anything.

Or, at least, we don’t, when it comes to the active fulfillment of our aims, wishes, and goals; and so on and so forth.

Rather, there is a force, within us, or even beyond us, that works on our behalf.

You might refer to this force as your “Subconscious Mind,” the “Universe,” or, even, “God.”

And so on and so forth.

The essence of manifesting, then, is interacting with this force and, then, allowing it to work for you.

If you want to be successful, though, then it is, perhaps, imperative that you get out of your own way.

You cannot micro-manage the Universe, as they say.

Right within this idea, there is another idea: if you want something, you must go to the end.

Just as an example, if you want to live in another country, you can imagine living in that country.

The above is in contrast to, say, imagining the act of buying a ticket, movingthere, and all of that; just go to the end and allow yourself to enjoy the fulfillment of your wish.

All of this leads me to the essence of this section: if you want to manifest something, it may be of the utmost importance that you experience the thing you want in a manner that bypasses the part of your mind that asks, wonders, worries, and thinks “How?” and “When?” and “It’s hopeless!”

You must bypass the rational part of yourself and, in doing so, allow the deeper force within you to work.

Right within the sections below, you can find a simple, but remarkably effective, method that allows you to interact with your deeper force and, in doing so, bring your wishes to fruition.

The First Part Of Our Simple Method

The first part of our simple method is a list.

A list of things, as it were, that you may want to create, enjoy, experience; and so on and so forth.

And, with the above in mind, this list is as follows:

  • Passion.
  • Love.
  • Success.
  • Wealth.
  • Adventure.
  • Novelty.
  • Fun.
  • Happiness.
  • Beauty.
  • Friendship.
  • Sensuality.
  • Inspiration.
  • Awe.
  • Creativity.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Outside of the above, here are some statements that refer to things you may wish for:

  • I am making great money.
  • I am living a rich, passionate life.
  • Iam loving life.
  • I am so inspired.
  • I am doing the best work of my life!
  • I am enjoying so many wonderful adventures.
  • I am so happy.
  • I am living the best life that I can live.
  • I am where I want to be.
  • I am filled with peace, love, and joy.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Outside of those two lists, an infinite wealth of other, related, lists can be created.

But, we’re just going to focus on those first two, for now.

To use this method, select something you want.

You may want success.

If so, choose that.

And, if you want to bring something else into the experience — passion, for example — select that, too.

Right before we move on, there is one more idea to note.

If you want something, but you feel a strange aversion to it, in a manifesting practice — “success,” for example, but success feels distant or impossible — try to focus on something that might encompass the success you want.

A rich, abundant life, for example, would likely encompass success, as well as love, passion, adventure, and creativity; among so many other things that you may yearn for.

If you can focus on that, you can bypass the concerns and, then, experience your wish with greater ease.

The Second, And Final, Part Of Our Simple Method

The second, and final, part of our simple method is relaxation.

Or, rather, that’s the first part, of the second part, of our simple method.

It’s a little confusing, come to think of it.

Regardless of that, though, give yourself time.

Time to relax.

You can take eleven big, deep breaths, for example.

Right after you are relaxed, go over your wish.

Success. Passion.

Those are just two examples.

Repeat those words to yourself.

And, allow the feelings they invoke to flow into you.

Give yourself permission to enjoy the images they evoke.

Your rational mind may try to steer you towards “realistic” images or questions that assess the viability of this wish.

Do your best to avoid this.

Just keep repeating your wish to yourself, while enjoying what it is that this wish invokes.

Do so lovingly and, if possible, nearly effortlessly.

You are not trying to make anything happen or affirm anything.

All you’re doing is letting the wish flow through your mind.

And, then, when you feel that you are finished, allow yourself to say “Thank you.”

You are letting go, and allowing the deeper force within you to work and, in working, to bring you what you seek.

Everything that needs to happen, for you to enjoy your wish, will happen.

And, even more than that, it will happen in a natural, loving way.

A natural, loving way that you may not, at this time, even be able to imagine.

Just let yourself enjoy that and, then, let yourself move on with your day.

Conclusion

Every now and then, we may just need to let go.

To let go and, then, let God.

My hope is that this method allows you to do so.

Even more than that, though, my hope is that this method brings your wishes to you.
