Our goal, with this essay, is to clarify.

To clarify an appreciation game.

You can use this appreciation game to access the infinite sea of passion that flows through you.

And, you can channel this passion into, or through, anything.

So, with that in mind, let’s begin.

A Single Assumption

Our appreciation game is rooted in a single assumption.

A single assumption that is nothing less than the notion that you are connected.

You are connected to an infinite sea of passion.

The sea of passion that we speak of flows through you within every moment.

You can access this passion at any time. And, you can channel this passion into, or through, anything.

Just as an example, if you wish to experience a renewed sense of passion for a creative pursuit, then it is possible for you to do so, thereby allowing you to pursue that creative pursuit in a new, renewed manner.

Yet another example is, simply, giving yourself the gift of a rich, inviting passion for life.

No matter what you yearn for, within the realm of passion, it is available to you.

Our New Appreciation Game

To play our new appreciation game, you must remember the assumption outlined above.

And, then, you must take seven deep breaths.

Or more, if you want; less is probably fine, too, so long as you are relaxed.

Right after you enter a nice state of relaxation, imagine a sea.

A vast, infinite sea.

The sea of passion.

Give yourself a moment to imagine this sea flowing through you.

And, then, as you allow this sea to flow through you, say “Thank you.”

Just say “Thank you.”

Right after you do so, say “Thank you” for three things, related to the passion you are seeking to enjoy.

Just as an example, if you want to give yourself a wealth of passion related to writing a book, you can say:

• Thank you for the wonderful passion I am enjoying.
• Thank you for the wonderful wealth of new ideas that I am so passionate about.
• Thank you so much for the passionate writing I am enjoying.

And, then, as the feelings move through you, you can say “Thank you so much!”

Soon after you play this game, you will be met with the passion you seek.
