The Granting Of Wishes — A Manifesting Tool

Our goal, with this essay, is sharing.

Sharing what?

A tool you can use to bypass the blockages that may be preventing you from attaining your wishes.

You Can Have Anything You Want

The thesis of our essay is as follows: you can have anything you want.

Or, if not anything, then most things.

If you want a new job, then you can have it.

If you want to vacation in Tahiti, then you can do that.

If you want to be inspired, then you can enjoy this.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Some of the things you want may seem out of reach to you.

You may not feel that these things can come to you.

Or, that you have the means to attain these things, whatever they may be.

A good example of this is as follows: you want to go on a vacation but do not have the money necessary to do so.

And, due to the above, you have a hard time feeling, and trusting, that this will — or, can — become a fact.

If this experience is familiar to you, then the practice outlined below will help you.

The Granting Of Wishes

My imaginal sessions consist of the following:

  1. Entering a relaxed state.
  2. Imagining a scene that implies the fulfillment of my wish.
  3. Experiencing my wish as if it is a fact.

By engaging in the above, it is as if my wish has manifested.

And, if I engage in this process often enough, my wish does manifest.

Even though the above works, there is one problem that can arise.

Being able to experience my wish, and feel that it can be/is actually a fact, is sometimes not possible.

I find myself thinking “How is it going to happen?” and “It’s not possible!” and “I really wish I felt better.”

And so on and so forth.

To go beyond these thoughts of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty, there is a thought you can employ in your sessions.

The thought, in question, is as follows: your wishes were granted by a magical fairy, spirit, or device.

And so on and so forth.

Just assume that your wishes were granted by some other force.

And, then, dive into the thoughts that follow this one: experience your wish as if it is a fact and enjoy this experience as deeply as you possibly can.

If you can experience your wish within this moment, then this experience will become a fact of your life.

It’s Strange. But, It Works.

Our tool is very strange.

But, it works.

It works really, really well.

Or, at least, it works well, in my experience.

Why does our tool work?

I do not have an exact answer to this question. But, if I had to guess, then my guess would be as follows.

We often confine ourselves to what seems possible.

To what seems possible. And, in turn, what seems likely.

If we are walking within paths of thought rooted in that which is “likely,” then we may not be able to experience the deeper, larger yearnings that we are really, really striving for.

On the other hand, if we pretend, as it were, that there are invisible forces taking care of these details, then it is easier for us to accept, and experience, the imaginal reality of our wish.

If we accept and experience the imaginal reality of our wish, then our wish has no choice but to manifest.

Conclusion

Just to wrap this up, thank you so much for reading!

Best wishes and have a lovely, lovely day!
