Rather, our subject today is a fun method you can use to step into the best life you can live.
And, with that, let’s begin!
You Can Live The Life You Wish To Live
Right before we go over the method, there’s one thing that must be mentioned.
You can live the life you wish to live.
Really, you can!
You can live the life you wish to live!
And, with that, you can be the person you wish to be.
Give yourself a moment to really think about that.
To think about that and to think about what that means.
Right after doing so, allow yourself to imagine that life.
To imagine the life that you truly wish to live.
Remember, this is your life, so allow yourself to imagine what you truly desire.
If you want to travel the world and write books and make music, then imagine that.
And, in imagining what you desire, know that it is possible.
Right now, it is possible.
Remember that and, when you begin this method, remember that what you imagine can, and will, become the facts of your experience.
Stepping Into The Life You Wish To Live
To begin this method, go over what constitutes the life you truly wish to live.
Just let yourself go over that vision.
Right after that, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
You can take as many deep breaths as you want. But, for the best experience, take no fewer than three.
And, then, allow a statement to flow through your mind.
A statement that you would say, if you were living the life you truly wish to live.
Your statement can be anything, so long as it evokes the feeling of your desired life.
Some examples of a statement that captures this sensibility include:
- “This is the life.”
- “I am so blessed.”
- “Life is so grand!”
- “Isn’t it wonderful!”
- “I am where I want to be.”
And so on and so forth.
Just allow this statement to flow through your mind.
And, as this statement flows through your mind, allow a wealth of images and sensations to arise.
Allow yourself to step into these images/sensations, giving them the energy they need.
The energy they need to exist as the facts of your life and, in turn, to come to life.
Just as an example, you might imagine that you are living in, say, Malaysia, enjoying a wealth of lovely adventures with lovely people.
Allow yourself to feel as if you are, in fact, living in Malaysia and enjoying a wealth of lovely adventures with lovely people.
Give every single one of these visions the energy and attention it needs to exist.
To exist right here and right now.
And, when you feel that you have done enough, you can let it go.
You can allow this ritual to come to a natural end and return to your day.
A number of changes and events may occur.
And, if you keep conducting this ritual, you may find that your life begins to reshape itself.
All that you desire may begin to flow into your life.
A wealth of other desires, unknown to you, may present themselves.
You will begin to live the life you truly wish to live and give birth to even greater possibilities.
Our creative possibilities are, within this moment, infinite.
Given this fact, we can, and should, imagine what we truly desire.
And, in imagining what we truly desire, we should allow ourselves to pursue what we truly desire.
To pursue and experience all that we truly desire and yearn for.
The act of doing so will allow us to live the life we truly wish to live and are truly meant to live.
