Infinity Is Really, Really Big — Part 02

Our intention, with this essay, is clarifying.

Clarifying what?

3 more visions of infinity.

Just as you might assume, this is a sequel to “Infinity Is Really, Really Big — Part 01.”

Vision 04: A Stream Of Infinity

Our fourth vision is a faucet.

Just imagine a faucet.

The faucet is running.

You can imagine water flowing out of this faucet.

A pleasant stream of water.

Every single one of the drops that comprises this flow exists as an infinity.

Right within every single drop, there is an infinite amount of information.

You cannot find any endings within any of these drops.

Nor can you find any limits, boundaries, conclusions; ad infinitum.

Every drop is part of a larger stream.

A neverending stream of water.

No matter how many eternities this faucet runs for, an infinite amount of water will continue to pour.

Every single drop, within this infinity, is as infinite as the infinity of this stream.

But, paradoxically, it is also smaller; a single piece, of something infinitely greater.

Rather peculiar. But, interesting.

Vision 05: A Higher Dimensional Plane

Our fifth vision is a higher dimensional plane.

You can imagine an infinite entity.

Right after you do so, imagine seeing this infinite entity from a higher, greater, dimension.

You might see this entity as a two-dimensional circle.

The circle that you see appears finite.

Right within the circle, though, there is infinity.

Infinite infinities. Endless growth. Unending expansion.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

No matter what you do, you will never find, reach, make — ad infinitum — any boundaries, conclusions, endings, limitations, blockages, walls; ad infinitum.

Vision 06: The Absolute Infinity

Our sixth vision is the “Absolute Infinity.”

The highest infinity of all.

No matter what you do, you can never reach the Absolute Infinity.

Or, for that matter, any endings or limits — ad infinitum, of course — to that which comprises Absolute Infinity.

You can imagine an endless hierarchy of infinities.

The hierarchy contains, and generates, an infinite wealth of infinities.

You can go through infinite infinities.

And, you can move through endless levels, each one comprised of infinite infinities.

No matter what, though, you will never reach the Absolute Infinity.

Conclusion

Infinity is really big.

Really, really big.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

If nothing else, this is something to appreciate.

Or, at least, it is something that I, personally, appreciate.
