Infinite Wisdom Is Always With You
The essay you are about to read consists of three ways you can access “infinite wisdom”.
Each one of the methods you will soon learn is simple, easy, and, most importantly, effective.

Accessing Infinite Wisdom
Method 01: Go On A Walk
To engage with this method, you must think of something that you wish to explore.
For myself, questions are ideal, since questions are focused and specific.
Coming up with a specific question isn’t always easy.
Sometimes, your best bet is to think of a particular theme, or a desire to go beyond a particular line of thought.
If you can, at the very least, articulate what you’re looking for — even “clarity”, whatever that might mean to you — is sufficient, or the theme that you wish to explore, then you move forward.
Right after you know what you wish to explore, you must set aside some time to go on a walk.
A short walk is perfectly fine.
In my experience, though, it helps to set aside a larger block of time, after having accomplished your tasks and chores so that you aren’t preoccupied with the thought of those tasks/chores.
As soon as you’re ready, you can begin your walk.
Throughout your walk, make an effort to walk slowly and, most important of all, pay attention.
To observe the neverending sensory riches that exist all around you.
Every single one of those sensory riches — a gust of wind, two people talking in the distance, a chalk drawing on the sidewalk — contains, within itself, meaning and wisdom.
To engage with the meaning and wisdom contained within these sensory riches, you must walk slowly and, as mentioned earlier, pay attention.
Throughout those first few minutes of walking, the meaning and wisdom found all around you may be, on some level, apparent, yet unclear.
Just keep walking and, while doing so, continue paying attention to what is all around you.
Even after you finish your walk, what you are looking for may not have been apparent.
If you take the time to record the most memorable sensations, along with the feelings that they evoked, a series of associations will begin to arise.
For a time, these associations may be invisible; the meaning contained within them, even moreso. But, if you step away from what you’ve been preoccupied with and focus on something else, what you are looking for will arise.
Every little bit of sensory data you engage with, out of the infinite sensory riches that exist within every moment, is a vessel for meaning and wisdom.
If you know what it is that you are looking for, and are willing to be receptive and pay close attention, then you will find that which you seek.
Method 02: Fall Into A Lovely Dream
Just like the previous method, you must know what you are looking for, before you begin.
But, unlike the previous method, thinking of a particular theme seems to be more effective than a specific question.
I am not sure why this is. If I had to guess, though, it’s because dreams tend to go beyond specificity and clarity, embracing a more “impressionistic” mode of feeling and experiencing that, if directed, is great for exploring themes in an open-ended manner.
Right after you know what you are looking for, take out a piece of paper, and a pen/pencil.
Take a moment to write down the theme, question, or concept you wish to engage with.
As soon as that’s done, let yourself feel a sense of appreciation for the guidance and wisdom you will soon receive.
Right before you fall asleep, that night — or day, for that matter, if you’re taking a nap — remember what you wrote down, look at that piece of paper, remember that sense of appreciation, and let yourself fall into a lovely dream.
After you wake up, stay in bed for a moment. Let yourself remember what you dreamt of. And, once you’ve done so, take some time to write what you experienced and what it means to you.
Throughout the day, think about what you dreamt of. You will, by doing so, come to understand the meaning and wisdom contained within those events, and how they pertain to what it is that you were looking for.
Method 03: A Sea Of Thought & Sensation
To perform this method you must, of course, know what you are seeking.
Right after you know what you are seeking, play it back, in your mind a few times.
Just let everything come forth, even if there are no answers to be found.
As you do so, or right after, take a few deep breathes.
Just inhale, hold for a moment, and exhale.
As soon as you feel relaxed and receptive, close your eyes.
Remind yourself what it is that you are focused on and looking for.
Soon enough, thoughts and sensations will flood your mind.
Let yourself enjoy the thoughts and images — or other sensations — that come forth.
Let yourself enjoy what arises, even if it does not appear to pertain to what you are seeking.
Right after a certain amount of time has passed, you’ll probably feel like opening your eyes.
Open your eyes, and as soon as you possibly can, record what you experienced.
Even if what you are seeking did not appear to come forth, if you record what you experienced, you will, in my experience, always find what you are looking for, along with plenty of material to pore over for later use.
Infinite Wisdom Is With You
None of the methods outlined are the “definitive methods” or the “only methods”.
Rather, each one of these methods is something that I, personally, have found or created, that has served as a powerful tool for accessing guidance and wisdom.
The efficacy of these methods, as well as the ways in which they tap into our ability to find meaning and wisdom in anything, leads me to believe that, no matter what, infinite wisdom is always with us.
A neverending sea of wisdom, for any possible question or inquiry, that, if accessed and recognized, will allow you to live a richer, more joyous life.
No matter what seems to be, know that you are a creative being of enormous power, and that the wisdom you seek is always with you.
