Honoring The Power Of Your Imagination

Our goal, with this essay, is sharing.

Sharing what?

A series of ideas on harnessing the infinite power of your imagination.

Your Imagination Is God

The bulk of my practical metaphysical philosophy is rooted in the ideas that Neville Goddard articulated.

Out of all the ideas that Goddard articulated, the most notable is as follows: your imagination is God.

All that is, and all that can be, is rooted in the workings of your imagination.

Or, at least, that was Neville Goddard’s contention. And, to some extent, it is mine.

The notion of your imagination, as God, is a fundamentally practical one.

By engaging with your imagination, as if it were God, you can attain what you want with greater ease.

Or, at least, that is my contention. And, Neville Goddard’s too, of course.

You can use the method, and ideas, outlined in the sections below, to harness the God that is your imagination.

A List Of Your Wishes

Our method involves developing a list of the things you really want.

Your list can hold anything that you yearn for.

Just as an example, if you want a new job, that can be on your list.

Or, if you want to travel to Malaysia, that can be on your list.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Right after you make this list, think about what follows each wish.

Or, more specifically, think about what you would experience, after each wish has been attained.

A good example of the above is as follows: if you want a new job you can imagine your weekly paycheck.

You can imagine holding your weekly paycheck. You can imagine the $1,000 sum. You can imagine seeing this money in your account. You can imagine pulling out your card to buy the things you want.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Or, if you want to travel to Malaysia, you can imagine being in Malaysia.

You could also imagine looking at photos from your trip. And, being so appreciative, of the trip.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Outline what follows the attainment of every single one of your deepest wishes. You will need it for the next step.

Every Single Day

Go over every single one of the wishes you outlined.

Look at the “end scene” you outlined for each one.

Close your eyes and imagine every single end scene.

Give yourself a few minutes to enjoy every single one of these end scenes.

Let yourself feel as if your wish is a fact.

Do this for as long as you would like to.

Right after you come to a natural end, open your eyes so that you can return to your day.

The things you imagine will come to life.

No, it may not be today — although, it could be — but that which you imagine will come to life.

If you use this exercise every single day, you will learn just how powerful your imagination is.

See What Happens

Our last section is centered on a request.

A request for you.

Develop a list of your wishes and outline your end scenes for each one.

Imagine every single one of these end scenes.

Do so for as long as you can.

And, then, let it go.

A day or so later, do this process again.

Give yourself another day. And, then, do it again.

Just keep doing it, day after day, for two weeks.

Or, longer, if you want. Less time could be fine, too.

Engage with this process as often as possible.

Just see what happens when you do so.

If you are anything like me, you will see something very special.

You will see that what you imagine turns into that which you experience.

Everything that comprises this fact can, and should, be used to help you live the life you truly yearn to live.

Conclusion

My hope is that the ideas shared in this essay help you live the life you yearn to live.
