Our intention, with this essay, is sharing.

Sharing what?

3 methods you can use to interact with the Random Input Module in “A Random Input Module For Visions Of Information — Part 01.”

Method 01: Combine, Combine, Combine

Our first method is very simple.

Open the RIM.

And, then, in whatever manner resonates, select two items.

Or, three items.

Four. Five. Ten.

And so on and so forth.

Right after you select these items, combine all of them together.

Come up with three — at the very least — unique combinations.

Just as an example, we can combine “Data Discs,” “Poems,” and “Endless Libraries.”

If we do so, we get the following:

  1. A data disc with a CGI image/game of a procedurally generated library that is infinite.
  2. Every book within this library contains poems from another world/universe.
  3. We can write a story about finding this disc in an old drawer when we were a child.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

You can use this method to find/make infinite visions, concepts, ideas — ad infinitum — of and for information, knowledge, data; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Method 02: Meditate

Our second method involves selecting a few items from the RIM.

Right after you do so, just meditate on those items.

If you select “Clay Tablets” and “The Ocean,” you can meditate on that for a minute or so.

Doing so may lead you to “Clay tablets containing the codes of the Universe born from the Cosmic Ocean.”

Or, perhaps, something else.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

You can use this method to make infinite visions, concepts, ideas — ad infinitum, of course — with remarkable ease.

Method 03: A Pleasant Riff

Our third method involves selecting a few items from the RIM.

Just as an example, “The Ocean,” “Writing,” and “File Cabinets.”

Right after you do so, riff on these items.

Come up with five new ideas.

Or, ten.

And so on and so forth.

Your “ideas” could also be “concepts.”

Or, alternatively, visions, notions, images; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

If we riff on the items mentioned earlier, we get the following ideas:

  1. Writing with the Cosmic Waters that comprise the Cosmic Ocean.
  2. Old writings, written from these waters, buried in an old file cabinet in an abandoned library.
  3. A magical ocean we can pray to that was written into existence.
  4. The writings comprising this magical ocean can be found in an old file cabinet somewhere.
  5. File cabinets with writings about the ocean where all information comes from.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

None of the above are particularly good. But, they all work well enough.
