A Gratitude Tool For Reinvigorating Your Favorite Things

My sense of passion, energy, love, and enthusiasm exists as an ebb and flow.

Sometimes it’s there. And, sometimes, it’s really not.

You can apply this same line of thought to my favorite things/activities/ideas.

Sometimes it’s there. And, sometimes it’s not.

To go beyond these cycles, and invoke the love/enthusiasm that is most desired, we can use a tool.

Or, more specifically, you can use a tool that.

A tool that was developed, by yours truly, several years ago.

A New Gratitude Tool

Our new tool is a gratitude tool.

A gratitude tool that you can use to reinvigorate your love for certain things.

Or, to give yourself a shot of passion.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

To use this tool, you must evoke gratitude.

Gratitude is a creative force that facilitates creation, manifestation, selection; ad infinitum, of course.

You must tap into the energy/feeling of “Thank you.”

A genuine feeling of gratitude.

If you can do this, then you can use this tool, in a way that is easy, effective, and powerful.

Right before we go into these tools, though, there is one thing to note: gratitude can be elusive.

You do not need to evoke the exact feeling of gratitude.

If you can pretend to be grateful, and enjoy this sense of pretend, then this gratitude tool will be effective.

Tool 01: Writing It Down

Our first tool, within the gratitude tool, is as follows: write down just how much you appreciate your desire.

You can make a list. Or, a series of sentences.

And so on and so forth.

Just as an example, if you want to reinvigorate your appreciation of a big, lovely, magical idea, you can write this:

  • I really love just how good and enthusiastic and in awe and comfortable I am!
  • I really love just how much this idea inspires me!
  • I really love just how inspired I am!
  • I really love the sheer vastness of this idea!
  • I really love that it’s bigger than it has been, and all of that; ad infinitum!
  • I really love that it is absolutely amazing and vast and awesome!
  • I really love that I am feeling great and inspired and grounded and in a flow!

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

You can write anything. And, as such, write what you want to write, as it aligns with your desire.

No matter what you write, try to tap into the feeling of “Thank you so much!”

You can even write “Thank you so much!” at various intervals. Just to tap into that feeling.

If you can do the above, you will be successful.

Tool 02: Speaking The Word

Our second tool is nearly identical to the first.

But, there is one major difference: you speak those words out loud, as opposed to writing them down.

Right as you speak these words, feel a sense of gratitude.

If you can do this, you will be successful.

Tool 03: A Pleasant Inner Conversation

Our third tool is identical to the first.

And, arguably, the second, as well.

Rather than writing anything down, or speaking it out loud, you simply think it to yourself.

You conduct an inner conversation.

Of sorts.

Just as an example, you can go on a walk and think something like “I really love this awesome idea!”

Right as you do so, try to feel grateful.

You can even think, to yourself, something like “Thank you so much, Universe!”

If you can do this, then you will be successful.

Conclusion

If you enjoyed this essay, then you should experiment with the tool.

You may find that it leads into some pretty interesting places!

No matter what, though, thank you so much for reading this essay!
