A Gratitude Prayer Before Bed

Our goal, with this essay, is to outline three prayers.

Each one of these prayers serves as a gratitude prayer.

A gratitude prayer you can enjoy before bed.

So, with all of that in mind, let’s begin!

The Power Of Gratitude

Your feelings and emotions are creative.

Or, more specifically, they are creative forces.

You can channel these creative forces.

If you channel these creative forces into that which you desire, you will obtain that which you desire.

Or, at least, that is the first part of my thesis.

The second part of my thesis is as follows: gratitude is a prayer.

If you are grateful, in a manner that is deliberate, you pray.

You pray and, in praying, reach a creative force that is greater than you and greater than your limitations.

You can work with this creative force to achieve all of the things that you truly desire.

Sleep Is The Doorway To Creation

On the 21st of August, in 2023, we published an essay.

The essay was titled “Sleep Is The Doorway To Creation.”

Right within this essay, there is a notion that you may find quite useful.

The notion, in question, is as follows: right before you fall asleep, there is a moment in which all things are possible.

No, that is not quite accurate.

Rather, there is a moment in which you are susceptible to any thought, feeling, or notion you give to yourself.

If you allow yourself to deliberately focus on a particular thought, feeling, or notion — say, gratitude — then you can impress that particular thing on the creative force that lives within you.

The creative force that, perhaps, you truly are, above all else.

And, in impressing what it is that you’ve chosen, you will bring it to life.

Just as an example, if you experience a rich sense of gratitude for that which is present in your life, then you will bring forth more things to appreciate.

Yet another example is that, as per the original context in which this notion was created, if you imagine something you want, as if it were present, then you impress the fulfillment of this wish on your deeper creative force.

And, if you can do the above, then you can bring that wish to life.

On some level, this notion may be true; a number of very smart people appear to believe that it is.

Even if this notion is not true, though, there is, in my experience, value in allowing yourself to fall asleep well.

To fall asleep in a nice, gentle state that supports you throughout the night, allowing nice dreams to arise, while also giving you the energy you need to enjoy a truly lovely tomorrow.

My hope is that the three gratitude “prayers” outlined below will, if nothing else, allow you to achieve the above.

3 Gratitude “Prayers,” Before Bed

Our three gratitude “prayers” — we’ll lose the quotation marks, from now on — can be found right below:

  • Come up with ten or twenty — or more, for that matter — things you are grateful for.
  • Select a wish and, then, appreciate that wish as if it were a fact of your life.
  • Give yourself permission to fall asleep while repeating, within your mind, “Thank you.”

Regarding the second prayer, if you would like, for example, a new job, then you can appreciate having this job, the work that you do, the money that you are earning; and so on and so forth.

Conclusion

Just to wrap this up, thank you so much for reading!

My hope is that these prayers assist you in living a truly rich, abundant life.
