Our next three conceptions of infinity can be found right below.

You can find the first three right here.

Just like the first three, these exist as speculative musings that may, or may not, resonate.

Regardless of that, though, please enjoy the ride!

Conception 04: A Neverending Chain

Our fourth conception is that of a neverending chain.

But, the chain we are thinking of may not, in fact, be the chain you are thinking of.

Rather, our chain takes, many, many forms — an infinite number, in fact — one of which goes something like this: you can imagine an infinite palace with infinite libraries, floors, bedrooms, pools, laboratories, secret passages, play spaces basements; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Yes, the notion of an infinite palace is somewhat irrelevant.

But, the idea of a series containing an infinite wealth of items, each one confined to a comma or, in some cases, a semicolon, is exactly what our fourth conception is all about.

A single chain contains an infinite number of items.

Or, perhaps, items and elements and components and notions and ideas and points and concepts and facets; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

You cannot write out all of these items.

But, you can use a shortcut, such as a semicolon, followed by “ad infinitum.”

No matter what, though, even if you went through the items within that chain at an infinite speed, for a period of, say, 100 trillion millenia, you will still have an infinite number of items that you have yet to go through.

And, the above is still true even if, somehow, you go through an infinite wealth of containers and structures — ad infinitum — that each contain infinite items and elements and components; ad infinitum — at an infinite speed, across every infinite moment, throughout infinite eternities; ad infinitum.

Even if the above occurs, you will still have an infinite number of items that you have yet to go through.

You can find many, many different chains within this essay series of ours. Every single one of these chains abides by the rules of this conception.

Outside of that, though, our “chain conception,” as it were, is infinitely flexible.

Some of the unique ways in which an infinite chain, as it were, can present itself, are as follows:

  • A neverending list, with infinite items, elements, components; ad infinitum.
  • A neverending mind map with infinite nodes connected to each other; ad infinitum.
  • A neverending paragraph with infinite items, elements, components; ad infinitum.

Regarding the ideas outlined above, you can find the following within them:

  • A neverending wealth of sections and subsections; ad infinitum.
  • A neverending wealth of nodes containing infinite information.
  • A neverending wealth of commas and semicolons.

Outside of the above, a neverending chain can present itself in an infinite number of other ways.

Conception 05: Your Own, Personal Palace

Close your eyes — or not, for that matter — and imagine a desert.

A vast, and infinite desert; rich with sand and sun and dunes and temples.

Just allow yourself to imagine this desert.

And, then, imagine a gleaming palace, rich with color and vibrancy, sitting within the desert.

This palace is our palace.

Our palace is infinite.

You can find, within our palace, an infinite number of floors, depths, levels; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Right within every single floor, depth, and level — ad infinitum — you can find an infinite wealth of sections, zones, spaces, rooms; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Our concern is not, solely, with these infinities.

Rather, our concern is with a single level, within our infinite palace.

You can find, within this level, a neverending wealth of infinite libraries, bathing chambers, bedrooms, laboratories, research centers, media spaces; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Our concern is not with these spaces.

Rather, our concern is with the fact that this floor serves as a conceptual space.

A conceptual space that serves to represent, and explore, the infinite world of numbers.

Every single floor, level, and depth — ad infinitum — within this infinite palace serves as a conceptual space.

A conceptual space that signifies, and explores, a particular concept.

Right below the conceptual space we just clarified, you can find, on the floor right below, a conceptual space centered on language and, then, right below that, a conceptual space centered on meaning.

And, well, you can find an infinite wealth of other conceptual spaces and zones; ad infinitum.

None of these exist within a linear, up-and-down-left-and-right framework.

Rather, each one exists within a vast, infinite-directional, multi-dimensional framework of meaning, geometry, spatiality; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Even with that in mind, though, right above our conceptual space of numbers, there is another conceptual space.

A conceptual space that signifies, and explores, the infinite world of infinity.

You cannot reach this conceptual space through numbers or, for that matter, anything else.

Right above this particular conceptual space, there are conceptual spaces that explore concepts, visions, notions, paracosms — ad infinitum — that transcend infinity and endlessness and eternity; ad infinitum.

You cannot reach these conceptual spaces through infinity.

You can go into these conceptual spaces for unending bodies of time.

And, you will never reach the end of the conceptual spaces that you find, the transcendences you can experience, or the infinities you can explore and discover — ad infinitum — within each and every conceptual space; ad infinitum.

Conception 06: A Container

Our sixth conception is a container.

A single container.

You might imagine a cube. Or, perhaps, a sphere.

No matter what you imagine, know that it exists as a representation.

A representation of an infinite-dimensional object.

On its own, this object contains, generates, and is rooted within — ad infinitum — a vast, infinite wealth of systems, ideas, networks, structures, interfaces, aesthetic spaces, hyperstructures, supersystems — ad infinitum — all of which belong to a greater conception.

A greater conception that you can define as our “container conception.”

Just as an example, you can find, within a single aesthetic space, an infinite wealth of concept generators, paracosm engines, infinite cities, unending multiverses, conceptual structures, data packets, information structures, infinite jungles, endless libraries; and so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

And, perhaps — well, not perhaps; this is real, within the context we’ve created — you can find, within one particular aesthetic space, within an infinite multiverse, within an infinite city, within an infinite arcology — ad infinitum — a concept generator that produces a paracosm that allows our container conception to go beyond.

To go beyond, transcend, exceed, and surpass — ad infinitum — infinity, endlessness, eternity — ad infinitum — and the limits, restrictions, and confines — ad infinitum — of the conception itself.

Just as an example, a paracosm that exists as play, but infinite and endless — ad infinitum — allowing for a playful act that merges with another paracosm — investing, let’s say — allowing for a playful act of investing that allows for new structures, systems, and conceptions of information and meaning — ad infinitum — that allow the container conception to transcend itself, and all that it is and can be and all that it may be, while still remaining rooted within itself.

And, yet, that is neither here nor there.

Our central focus is rooted within an infinite consciousness that generates and grows infinite thoughts, dreams — ad infinitum — thought-spaces and thought-matrices — ad infinitum — one of which contains, and generates, infinite scales and hierarchies and levels — ad infinitum — of infinity, endlessness, and eternity; ad infinitum.

Every single one of the containers we are exploring, within this context, is an infinite repository of infinite scales, hierarchies, and levels — ad infinitum — of greater infinities, endlessnesses, and eternities; ad infinitum.

You can take a single infinite idea — an infinite city, for example; among infinite others — and go into it.

And, in going into such an idea, you can go into, through, and across — ad infinitum — infinite containers of infinite scales, hierarchies, and levels — ad infinitum — all of which allow for a kind of movement, diving into, or exploration of — ad infinitum — the infinite concept that you are engaging with.

You can conduct the above and, even if you go through infinite containers of infinities and endlessnesses and eternities, there is no ending, or limit, that you can reach.

Right before we conclude, though, that there is one more notion to clarify: the infinities and endlessnesses and eternities — ad infinitum — that you can find within these hierarchies and scales — ad infinitum — serve as infinities and endlessnesses and eternities — ad infinitum — of time and information and quantities and items and information structures and items and lists and entities; ad infinitum.

Every single one of the above pertains to what it is that you are engaging with, through the container conception.

Just as an example, if you are exploring our infinite multiverse, you could do so by going through infinite containers of infinite space and infinite time and infinite planets and infinite ideas and infinite worlds and infinite experiences and infinite novelty — ad infinitum — every single infinite moment.

And, even if you went through infinite containers of those things, you would never, ever reach any sort of finite ending or limit; ad infinitum.
