7 Statements For Instant Gratitude
Our goal, with this Medium essay, is to clarify seven statements.
Seven statements you can use, in your gratitude work, to conjure a state of gratitude.
And, in conjuring a state of gratitude, to manifest that which you desire.
On The Nature Of Gratitude
Out of all the feelings that exist, gratitude is one of my favorites.
You can enjoy gratitude for what it is.
But, that’s not all: you can use gratitude to assist you in manifesting your wishes.
Just as an example, if you would like to double your income, then you can appreciate the reality of this wish.
You can appreciate the fact that you doubled your income, that you feel success, that you are able to buy everything you wish to buy with a level of security and ease that was previously unknown to you; and so on and so forth.
Stepping into a state of gratitude, centered on the fulfillment of your wish, allows your wish to arise.
You can apply this same line of thought to a wide assortment of other feelings.
Your Gratitude Play
Right before publishing this essay, the name of this section was “Your Gratitude Work.”
And, that remains the phrase we use, in the introduction.
But, the more this thought floats through my mind, the more it seems wrong.
Your gratitude work isn’t actually work; it’s play!
You can, and should, play with your feelings.
And, you can, and should, play with the creative richness your feelings both are and, in turn, serve to engender.
You can play with gratitude in a wealth of ways.
Some of my favorite ways to play with gratitude are as follows:
- Conducting an inner conversation centered on gratitude.
- Writing a gratitude list.
- Lying down and imagining things to appreciate.
You can play with gratitude in any way you wish.
No matter what, though, allow yourself to feel grateful.
To really feel grateful.
You can feel grateful in a rich, deep, passionate manner.
Or, you can feel grateful in a patient, relaxed, easy manner.
And, well, there are other possibilities you can enjoy, as well.
No matter what, allow yourself to enjoy the experience of gratitude.
And, to conjure the experience of gratitude, so that you can enjoy it, you can use the seven statements outlined below.
Seven Statements You Can Use
Our seven statements are as follows:
- I thank God for…
- I really love…
- I am so thankful for…
- I am so blessed to be…
- It is so nice that…
- I am so glad…
- I really appreciate…
None of these statements are particularly unique. But, if you use them, you may find that conjuring the state of gratitude, and employing it to your desired end, becomes much easier.
A Fun Example
Just to give you an idea of how you can use these statements, here is a gratitude list that came from your truly:
- I thank God for the fact that I am making money doing things that I really enjoy!
- I really love the nice people I work with; they’re so nice and I enjoy our email chats.
- I am so thankful for the fact that I earn really good money and, well, I feel great earning this money!
- I am so blessed to be successful and to be living a life that I truly, truly love!
- It is so nice to be doing the work that I am doing and to be paid so well to do it!
- I am so glad that I found my way and that I doubled my income and that I am living such a lovely life.
- I really appreciate just how easy and fun my work is and just how much I get paid to do it; I love it!
Everything within this gratitude list serves as a tool that is being employed for the sole purposes of doubling my income. And, believe me, a story on this doubling will be published here, when its fulfillment presents itself.
Conclusion
You can employ gratitude in any way that you choose.
My hope is that the statements outlined in this essay assist you in doing so.
