3 Visions Of The Infinite

Our intention, with this essay, is clarifying.

Clarifying what?

Three new visions of infinity; each one unique, distinct, and inspiring.

Or, at least, that’s my hope.

Vision 01: The Infinitude Of Learning

Our first vision of infinity is as follows: every topic, theme, idea — ad infinitum — is a neverending repository.

A neverending repository of further topics, themes, ideas; ad infinitum.

Just as an example, you can look into “methods” — the idea of methodologies, to be precise — and, in doing so, find an infinite wealth of new topics, themes, ideas — ad infinitum — to explore, engage with, and learn about.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

Every single thing that you can learn is, in fact, an infinite repository of infinitely more things you can learn.

You will never, ever exhaust the infinitudes of a single topic, theme, or idea; ad infinitum.

You can imagine seeing a jungle from above.

Right within this jungle, in between some trees, there is a speck.

The speck is small. But, visible.

You can think of this speck as a representation of what is known.

Just beyond this speck, there is a jungle.

A jungle with no ending.

No ending. No conclusion. No boundary.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

The infinite jungle you see in your mind represents the infinite knowledge we can learn.

Learn. Experience. Discover. Find.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

No matter what we do, how far we go, or what we make — ad infinitum, — there is always infinitely more to learn.

Vision 02: A Method Matrix

Our second vision of infinity is a “method matrix.”

You can learn about the “method matrix” by reading “A Neverending Library And An Infinite Method Matrix.”

Just imagine an infinite wealth of methods, tools, systems, frameworks — ad infinitum — centered on commanding, evoking, attaining — ad infinitum — inspiration.

You can imagine these methods being collected into a single list.

A list with no endings, conclusions, boundaries; ad infinitum.

Every single method is a space within the list; a paragraph, perhaps, that goes over the method and its significance.

Each method is unique.

A work of art.

A distinct emanation.

And so on and so forth, endlessly and infinitely; ad infinitum.

You can go through this list for an infinite number of eternities.

And, you can transcend notions of limitation, time, space, and language; ad infinitum.

But, no matter what you do, you will never, ever, reach, find, or make any endings to this list.

Vision 03: A Combinatory Machine

Our third vision of infinity is a machine.

A machine that contains, within its inner architecture, 108 languages.

Every single one of these languages is composed of an infinite number of unique characters and symbols.

The machine combines the individual components within each language. And, in doing so, this machine produces an infinite wealth of new words, ideas, notions, concepts; ad infinitum.

You can wander through the productions of this machine for an infinite number of eternal bodies.

If you do so, you can find concepts and words that go beyond that which we can comprehend; hyper-concepts that refer to living energies infinitely beyond our senses, our consciousness, our very being.

No matter what, though, you will never find, reach, or make any endings, boundaries, or conclusions to the products of this very peculiar machine.
